Celebrating Oral Roberts

Granville O. Roberts passed away today at the age of 91 from complications with pneumonia in Newport Beach, CA. Better known as Oral Roberts, he was a global healing evangelist, author, and educator. He had tuberculosis as a teenager but was miraculously healed during a revival meeting when he was 17. God then called him into a lifelong ministry of healing and teaching about the power of the Holy Spirit. In 1963, he founded a university that bears his name in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Oral was a man committed to proclaiming the truth that God is good and that all believers have the power to do the works of Jesus because of the Holy Spirit residing in them. Let us remember and honor this royal son by walking in the truths he taught and demonstrated. Click here to read more about this amazing man and his legacy to the world.
